Your Orbi has not connected to the Internet and you are having issues; you are not the only one. The most common Orbi complaint is that it will show Orbi Not Connected to Internet. Confirm the modem and router connections at your end. Power-cycle both devices by unplugging for about 10 seconds and plugging them back in. Make sure your Orbi is up to date with the firmware because older firmware may create such problems. Then, check your Wi-Fi settings and ensure that you are connected to the right network. If that doesn't work, reset your Orbi router to factory default settings and do the setting up again. That should help get your internet back running, and fix your Orbi system at the same time.
