Christopher’s Custom Homes is a Design/Build, Fixed Price builder with a focus on quality custom homes. We provide preliminary drawings to help clients see their ideas on paper, and design to a target budget. Modern exteriors, energy efficient features and stylish finishes are the focus of our affordable building process. We can provide assistance with home site selection, financing if needed and final plan development including engineering. Every Christopher’s Custom Home is backed by a ten-year structural warranty through the Structure Warranty Corporation.
