Cenforce 130 mg contains sildenafil, a medication used for erectile dysfunction. It can interact with several other drugs and cause serious side effects. Do not combine  Medications that should NOT be combined Nitrates (for chest pain or heart disease) Examples: nitroglycerin, isosorbide mononitrate, isosorbide dinitrate This combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. Alpha-blockers (for high blood pressure or prostate problems) Examples: tamsulosin, doxazosin, terazosin May cause severe dizziness or fainting. Other Cenforce 130 mg medicines Examples: tadalafil, vardenafil, avanafil Increases risk of low blood pressure and side effects. Certain antifungal drugs Examples: ketoconazole, itraconazole Can increase sildenafil levels in the body. Certain antibiotics Examples: erythromycin, clarithromycin May raise sildenafil levels and side effects. HIV protease inhibitors Examples: ritonavir, lopinavir Can dramatically increase sildenafil blood levels. Blood pressure medicines (in some cases) Especially high-dose nitrates or multiple BP drugs Can cause severe hypotension.   Important Note Always tell your doctor about all medicines you take, including herbal supplements and street drugs, because these can also interact.
