What is Covered by the Bullymake Guarantee?

While the Bullymake Guarantee primarily applies to their durable chew toys, it’s helpful to understand exactly what is and isn’t covered under the guarantee:

Covered Items:

1. Chew Toys: The key focus of Bullymake’s subscription is on providing durable, tough toys for aggressive chewers. If any of the toys are destroyed within the month, the guarantee covers the cost of a replacement. This includes rubber, nylon, and similar types of durable toys.

2. Damaged Toys: If a toy is damaged within the first month, whether it’s chewed, cracked, or broken into pieces, it qualifies for a replacement under the guarantee.

Not Covered:

1. Treats: Unfortunately, the Bullymake Guarantee does not apply to the treats included in the box. Since treats are meant to be consumed and are typically not designed to withstand the same level of abuse as toys, Bullymake doesn’t replace treats that are eaten, spoiled, or unappealing to your dog.

2. Toys After the Month Has Passed: The guarantee only applies to toys that are destroyed within the same month they are received. If a toy lasts past the 30-day window, the guarantee no longer applies, even if your dog destroys it later on.

3. Damaged Boxes: If the shipping box or packaging is damaged during delivery, that’s also not covered by the guarantee. Bullymake is, however, generally responsive to any shipping issues, and they may offer assistance if you encounter damage to the packaging.
