About Me
Kim Perez and I are interior design graduates from Seminole State College, a CIDA-accredited interior design program. My passion for design began in my teens, inspired by my stepfather's projects. With experience in FF&E selection, construction plans, and modifications, I founded Belle Vie Design to help clients incorporate their style into their spaces. Vladimir Bretan, a licensed contractor and plumber with a civil engineering degree, has over 10 years of experience in construction. Our goal is to guide clients in bringing their dream homes to life.
