    Hi everyone,

I’m working on a construction project that involves fixing machinery base plates and installing steel structures, and I’m currently looking into the best anchor grout options available.

I know anchor grout is designed to securely bond anchor bolts, rods, and rebar into concrete or masonry, but with so many products on the market, I’m a bit unsure about which type to go with. Some are epoxy-based, while others are cementitious or non-shrink types.

    A few questions I have:

    • What type of anchor grout is best for structural load-bearing installations?

    • Are there specific brands or formulations you'd recommend for industrial or high-vibration environments?

    • How important is setting time, flowability, and shrinkage resistance in choosing the right grout?

    • Any common mistakes to avoid during mixing and installation?

If anyone has experience with anchor grouting in foundations, equipment installations, or precast elements, I’d really appreciate your input. Also open to hearing about product comparisons or lessons learned the hard way!

Thanks in advance for your help!
